Jad Group developed a smart customer system that connects directly to desktop computers via QR code. The system requires a smartphone and a camera; the computer handles the rest automatically. How does this work? The delivery person scans the QR code upon delivery, and all information is saved directly to the cloud (start date, length of stay, multi-day cost, and any exceptions). When collecting the container from the customer, the delivery person scans the QR code again. The system verifies the transaction by communicating with the delivery person and calculates the cost for the customer. When the delivery person arrives at the terminal, the system re-verifies their request to finalize the container rental for the customer and then prints the invoice. Our company also developed a website for this technological solution that displays the real-time location of containers and all necessary statistical information, including all questions passing through the "transport terminal" at any given moment.

From this moment on, the owners of the "transport station" saved time in calculating costs + late fees, arguing with customers, and more.
